There 3 PCS processes for roll forming of rim, 3 times, so need 3 sets machines
Rotary roll forming is a cold forming process where profiles are formed in straight side cylinders or rings, The blanks is roll-formed between upper and lower dies which are mounted on two horizontal spindles. The rim profile is gradually formed while the dies and the blank are rotated
At the same time, guided along side guide roll. This roll formers is employing hydraulic motor driving system which allows the automatic speed coincidence and ideal torque distribution between upper and lower dies. The rim profile is formed by three steps. A loader/un-loader is incorporated to facilitate the blank handing.
